Designing a Mobile-First Experience for TfL Commuters
OVERVIEW
The brief was simple: design a new look and feel for tfl.gov.uk.
It sounded straightforward—but it was no small task, given the site’s massive reach. Used by 75% of Londoners and already boasting a 90% satisfaction score, the site saw 8 million unique visitors each month, with Journey Planner alone accounting for over 3 million of them.
