OVERVIEW
Tasked with creating a new look and feel for tfl.gov.uk, we designed a streamlined mobile-first experience focused on clarity, ease, and the needs of commuters on the move.
It sounded straightforward, but it was no small task, given the site’s massive reach. Used by 75% of Londoners and already boasting a 90% satisfaction score, the site saw 8 million unique visitors each month, with Journey Planner alone accounting for over 3 million of them.
